HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE!!!

When I was younger I would hear people say....happiness is a choice.....and it always struck me as not being true. In my mind, my perception of this phrase was that one could simply wake up tomorrow and flip a switch to the HAPPY setting. As I have gone further down my path in life, it began to occur to me that the phrase is incomplete, and misleading to some. The intent of the phrase is to say.....we always have the choice to move toward happiness. To make the changes necessary to help us achieve happiness. I CHOOSE happiness, and more importantly, all that encompasses what it takes to get there. It is a road, a process. But, we first need to decide to take that path. THAT is choosing happiness!!!
